Numbering plan management

Customer provisioning/deletion and SIM SWAP
Customer registration (KYC)
Postpaid customer life cycle management
Activation
Provisioning
Roaming
Bill run/invoice posting/invoicing and invoice printing
Responsible and accountable for Supplier management (SLA)
Responsible for security of all Billing Administrations systems in line with VTL standards, policies, procedures and industry best practices. In essence, the manaer will be responsible for IT risk assessment and management as well as implementation of the various preventive, detective and corrective controls for all Billing administrations systems
To provide guidance, leadership and direction to all Billing administrations administrators, and ensure they are familiar with technical architecture of their systems and have also instituted a regime which will ensure problems are detected early and resolved in a timely manner

JOB PURPOSE

Provide operations and maintenance leadership through controlling, managing, auditing, supporting daily network operations activities that ensure achievement of highest possible KPI targets, operational excellence as well as efficiency in network operation processes and cost.

Responsible in managing and supporting service deliver for all IT Servers and all Billing Servers Hardware and Databases – as per the ITIL Model.

Cost – Strive to manage the cost in all systems projects and to cater creative systems solution for the organization to save cost in its daily operations.

HoD Commercial Marketing – VDEBU04

Role Purpose

To formulate and lead the Commercial Operations Strategy for the Enterprise Business Unit and the management of the Acquisition and Retention Budget across all EBU channels

To lead and execute the Sales Operations across the whole of Enterprise Sales. To drive standardised excellence in sales performance by reinforcing sales disciplines and the implementation of a focused Operational Strategy. To lead the execution and full integration of a world-class programme of development and training, for all levels within Enterprise Sales, that focuses on the capability, skill and knowledge requirements (both individual and team) that will support the continued evolution of Vodacom to true Total Communication Services organisation.

Accountable to measure, optimise and regularly report on all EBU channels in terms of progress, issues, comprehension and achievements against the KPIs and targets

Coordinating the local market brand strategy and positioning of Enterprise including overseeing marketing activities and campaigns across segments

Responsible for defining the channel strategy and alignment across segments

Job Purpose

The Analyst is responsible for

Collecting, manipulating and studying data to reveal ways to improve the business across various touch points and functions within the department.

Ensuring that the data repositories produce consistent, reusable data.

Reports and presentation preparation within the department

The analyst will work with a good number of stakeholders at all bands and cross functionally.

IFRS Manager – Fin067

CORE JOB DESCRIPTION

IFRS Manager will be responsible for statutory reporting for Vodacom Tanzania, including year-end, and quarterly financials. This will include consolidation of the financial statements, posting of consolidation adjustments, drafting the financials, submission to / interactions with external auditors, and finally printing of the audited financials.
